"RISK WARNING: YOUR CAPITAL MIGHT BE AT RISK"
"CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Between 74-89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money."

Technical Analysis is the forecasting of future financial price movements based on an examination of past price movements. Instead, technical analysis can help investors anticipate what is “likely” to happen to prices over time. Technical analysis uses a wide variety of charts that show price over time. Technical analysis is a method of examining past market data to help forecast future price movements. Using different tools, indicators, and charts, traders can spot important price patterns and market trends, and then use that data to anticipate a market's future performance.
Even if there are only 5 gains (losses), the total of those 5 gains (losses) is divided by the total number of RSI periods in the calculation (14 in this case). The Average Loss is computed in a similar manner. Calculation of the First RS value is straightforward: divide the Average Gain by the Average Loss. Technical analysis is a term used to define the process of forecasting future price movements based on the past price movements within stock charts. The purpose of technical analysis is to help the investor make a more financially sound investment decision. The price is the key to success in stock market investment.
Fundamental analysis is a long term investment strategy whereas technical analysis is considered far more of a short term methodology. By pricing on intrinsic values fundamental analysis is working towards the long-term value of a company, whereas by trading on market trends technical analysis is short-term focused. What is 'Technical Analysis of Stocks and Trends' Technical analysis of stocks and trends is the study of historical market data, including price and volume. Using both behavioral economics and quantitative analysis, technical analysts aim to use past performance to predict future market behavior.
A technical analyst, or technician, is a securities researcher who analyzes investments based on past market prices and technical indicators. Technicians believe that short-term price movements are the result of supply and demand forces in the market for a given security. Technical indicators are fundamental part of technical analysis and are typically plotted as a chart pattern to try to predict the market trend. Indicators generally overlay on price chart data to indicate where the price is going, or whether the price is in an "overbought" condition or an "oversold" condition.
Moving average convergence divergence (MACD) is a trend-following momentum indicator that shows the relationship between two moving averages of prices. The MACD is calculated by subtracting the 26-day exponential moving average (EMA) from the 12-day EMA. The Simple Moving Average is arguably the most popular technical analysis tool used by traders. The Simple Moving Average (SMA) is often used to identify trend direction, but can be used to generate potential buy and sell signals. The SMA is an average, or in statistical speak - the mean.
