"RISK WARNING: YOUR CAPITAL MIGHT BE AT RISK"
"CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Between 74-89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money."

In stock market technical analysis, support and resistance are certain predetermined levels of the price of a security at which it is thought that the price will tend to stop and reverse. These levels are denoted by multiple touches of price without a breakthrough of the level. Resistance lines are usually drawn on a high to low basis. They help estimate resistance and support levels, making them a very useful tool in trading. A resistance line in an uptrend movement marks the support area and a resistance line in a downtrend movement marks the resistance area.
The concept of support and resistance forms the basis of Forex technical analysis. Forex traders look to buy at or near areas of significant levels of potential support in an uptrend. Forex traders look to sell at or near areas of significant levels of potential resistance in a downtrend. Support and resistance. In stock market technical analysis, support and resistance is a concept that the movement of the price of a security will tend to stop and reverse at certain predetermined price levels. These levels are denoted by multiple touches of price without a breakthrough of the level.
Resistance (resistance level) is a price point on a bar chart for a security in which upward price movement is impeded by an overwhelming level of supply for the security that accumulates at a particular price level. Resistance levels are characteristically found at the upper levels of range bound markets. A simple moving average (SMA) is the simplest type of moving average in forex analysis. Basically, a simple moving average is calculated by adding up the last “X” period's closing prices and then dividing that number by X.
Sometimes with stocks, a support or resistance level will be a round number such as 50, 100, or 1,000 that represents a psychological barrier to further increases or decreases in the price. But in forex as well as stocks, keep in mind that a support or resistance level can vary, and is often not an exact number. The simplest way to use pivot point levels in your forex trading is to use them just like your regular support and resistance levels. Just like good ole support and resistance, price will test the levels repeatedly. The more times a currency pair touches a pivot level then reverses, the stronger the level is.
A breakout is a price movement of a security through an identified level of resistance, which is usually followed by heavy volume and an increased amount of volatility. Traders buy the underlying asset when the price breaks above a level of resistance or when it breaks below a level of support. The chart below shows an example of a trend line in a downtrend and an uptrend.
A breakout is a stock price moving outside a defined support or resistance level with increased volume. A breakout trader enters a long position after the stock price breaks above resistance or enters a short position after the stock breaks below support.M
