"RISK WARNING: YOUR CAPITAL MIGHT BE AT RISK"

"CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Between 74-89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. The four basic laws of supply and demand are: If demand increases and supply remains unchanged, then it leads to higher equilibrium price and higher quantity. If demand decreases and supply remains unchanged, then it leads to lower equilibrium price and lower quantity The law of supply states that the quantity of a good supplied (i.e., the amount owners or producers offer for sale) rises as the market price rises, and falls as the price falls. Conversely, the law of demand (see demand) says that the quantity of a good demanded falls as the price rises, and vice versa.

Demand refers to how much (quantity) of a product or service is desired by buyers. The quantity demanded is the amount of a product people are willing to buy at a certain price; the relationship between price and quantity demanded is known as the demand relationship. Supply represents how much the market can offer. Demand is the desire of a buyer and his ability to pay for a particular commodity at a specific price. Supply is the quantity of a commodity which is made available by the producers to its consumers at a certain price. When demand increases supply decreases, i.e. inverse relationship.

The law of supply and demand is a theory that explains the interaction between the supply of a resource and the demand for that resource. Generally, low supply and high demand increase price. In contrast, the greater the supply and the lower the demand, the price tends to fall. Demand refers to how much (quantity) of a product or service is desired by buyers. The quantity demanded is the amount of a product people are willing to buy at a certain price; the relationship between price and quantity demanded is known as the demand relationship. Supply represents how much the market can offer.

Supply and demand are both key to economic activity. The two influence each other and impact prices of consumer goods and services within an economy. Supply is the amount of a particular good or service available at a given time to consumers. This reaction, measured by elasticity, is affected by several factors. If the price of an output increases, and producers have time to adjust supply, supply will be more elastic. If producers are unable to respond to the price increase, the supply is inelastic. In the short-run, supply may be inelastic.
